I’m probably not gonna campaign for anybody this year, though a Waspinator “PLANS” poster is tempting nonetheless.

As for legality, you couldn’t spit at a convention without hitting fanart-for-sale. I’m not worried.

I really dig that poster–you should totally also have a new one for whoever you want to get into the Hall of Fame this year.

But I was a bit curious about the legality of something: could you be sued for selling a TF related item without the license, or does it fall under some sort of artistic freedom clause? Or is it that it falls under a safe zone of not being a “huge” amount of sales, and therefore not something they want to worry about?
