     I always thought mike leaves robin alone because her attention span is too short for him to have an effect. I shouldn’t have doubted his persistence.

     Additionally, I have come to believe Mike actually loves Amber,in his own way.

    I think Mike’s trying an experiment. Every time Robin has been in a good mood since her arrival, she’s caused a mess. I reckon he’s trying to decide if it’s easier to go along with her whacky schemes or keep her too depressed to think one up.
