I have been reading QC practically since it came out, still read it on a daily basis. I started reading through the archives of this two days ago, since then it has been nearly my sole activity (boring monday was supposed to be boring).
HOW. DID. I. FAIL. TO. NOTICE?!

The QC coffee shop seems to be a hub for other webcomics as well; I recognize those “Girls With Slingshots” and “Faans” characters in the first panel.

Which is odd because Faans is an alternate dimension to the walkyverse!

The coffee shop is like “The Captain’s Table” from Star Trek, its door appears to those who are worthy, and leads them to a hub that exists inside a pocket dimension so people from the psas/present/future or even alternate universes can meet and share a drink.

Captain’s Table. Best books in the Star Trek novels aside from anything Q.

Ah, but in the Fans!/Walky crossover, The Cheese points out that they have counterparts in this universe, in fact singling out Shanna specifically. Of course, why the Walkyverse’s version of Shanna would, apparently, be having coffee with Biff is a mystery of the highest caliber.

I can just imagine the caption for this particular page in the book of biff.

“It’s not a good idea to hunt for gossip in a coffeehouse.”

Huh… sounded funnier in my head…

Any other BoB fans, please come up with something better to save me from complete humiliation!

It’s Randy, a bandicoot who usually shows up with QC’s author doesn’t feel like doing a strip proper.

I love how all my favorite web comics do little cross over things. The main way I find new good web comics is by getting links from the comics that I currently read. Finding Shortpacked! has been like finding a web comics treasure chest. I will be reading this stuff for months to come!
