I absolutely freaking love that these coffee shop conversations are straight up in the QC coffee shop
It’s Coffeeright Theft. Willis is a genius.
I have been reading QC practically since it came out, still read it on a daily basis. I started reading through the archives of this two days ago, since then it has been nearly my sole activity (boring monday was supposed to be boring).
HOW. DID. I. FAIL. TO. NOTICE?!
The QC coffee shop seems to be a hub for other webcomics as well; I recognize those “Girls With Slingshots” and “Faans” characters in the first panel.
Which is odd because Faans is an alternate dimension to the walkyverse!
The coffee shop is like “The Captain’s Table” from Star Trek, its door appears to those who are worthy, and leads them to a hub that exists inside a pocket dimension so people from the psas/present/future or even alternate universes can meet and share a drink.
Captain’s Table. Best books in the Star Trek novels aside from anything Q.
Ah, but in the Fans!/Walky crossover, The Cheese points out that they have counterparts in this universe, in fact singling out Shanna specifically. Of course, why the Walkyverse’s version of Shanna would, apparently, be having coffee with Biff is a mystery of the highest caliber.
I like my theory better…
It is a good theory.
Yeah, it sort of reminds me of the Cross Time Cafe.
I tride reading that.
I got 3/4 of the way through the archives before I realized that Istill had no idea what was going on
Gotta love the QC cofee shop
I love Questionable Content.
Dude after 30 seconds totally overdriving my brain to the extreme core of reality and quantum physics…
…i guess that drew guy kind of looks like Jim halpert
I see Biff!
I can just imagine the caption for this particular page in the book of biff.
“It’s not a good idea to hunt for gossip in a coffeehouse.”
Huh… sounded funnier in my head…
Any other BoB fans, please come up with something better to save me from complete humiliation!
Buckets of Blood guy fans?
am I the only one to notice, that the coffee shop wasn’t named “Coffee of Doom” in the last strip?
“Coffeebicht Theft”? It’s Greek to me…
Coffeeright Theft. A play on the term copyright theft.
Hey wow, I never noticed those characters before! Jamie, Hazel, the chick from Faans and Biff! Not to mention a lil’ bit of Marten’s hoodie in the first panel. Excellent!
is the caricature on the chalkboard supposed to be ALF ??
It’s Randy, a bandicoot who usually shows up with QC’s author doesn’t feel like doing a strip proper.
Hi! I’m Randy! I’m a bandicoot! I’m from Australia! I have babies!
I love how all my favorite web comics do little cross over things. The main way I find new good web comics is by getting links from the comics that I currently read. Finding Shortpacked! has been like finding a web comics treasure chest. I will be reading this stuff for months to come!
Uh, the QC Coffeeshop is called the Coffee Shop/House of doom(can’t remember off the top of my head which)
It’s almost like I named this coffee shop something different on purpose!
I love how all of the webcomics I like to read overlap like this.
Also this is absolutely adorable.
HI! I’M RANDY! I HAVE A POUCH TO CARRY BABIES! I’M A MARSUPIAL!
HI! I’M RANDY! HI!
I love how often Coffee of Doom shows up in this comic. And, in turn, I’m glad QC directed me over here. Shortpacked and dumbing of age are hilarious.
HI, I’M RANDY! I’M A BANDICOOT!
i am eternal.
Coffee of Dooooooooom!
The blackboard randomness gives it away.
Webcomic crossovers are the best thing ever.
“Web crossovers are the best thing ever.”
Dude, you are so going to enjoy sex.
“Dude, you are so going to enjoy sex.”
Now where have I read that one before?
I am squeeing. Now look what you did.
Hi! I’m Randy! I’m a bandicoot!
Sorry couldn’t resist…
