     Actually, this is very similar to how they chose which books of the bible were cannon at the council of Nicea. Yes, men fucked with it, until it lost whatever meaning it originally had.

       exactly and people yell at me when I talk about the religious history of things that are no longer in the bible finally somebody else gets it
