That’s CTS, by the way, as in Cardboard Tube *Samurai*. Not a ninja (surprisingly!).
To be fair, I know this mainly because I dressed up as the CTS for Halloween two years back, and I looked over every single strip with him in it as references.

god, i hate this so much; i’m reading it like an actual manga, and it’s all messed up.
Actually, it almost makes sense if you read it right-to-left. Almost.
But no Ninja Mafia. I am disappoint.
It would’ve been hilarious to see a Naruto character or two in the panel where he says “filled with those who pose as ninja.”
