Through a fluke, Robin was a Federal Congressional Representative for her state. She took this second job as seriously as you’d expect her to.

“We” meaning “the readers” or “we” meaning “the rest of the cast?” Because I think the answer is yes for “we the readers” and no for “the rest of the cast.”
Robin has sorta-kinda mentioned her SEMME job in the strip, but hasn’t given many details. I believe she’s just said that things were serious and people died. I don’t think she’s even mentioned SEMME by name. Presumably, Mike remembers her from his SEMME days.
