(23? Metabolism slows markedly at 23? I really thought it was supposed to be 30. Maybe 33. Never heard of 23.) If she'd been hating on Lucy for being fat, then it would make sense. But as is, it's more just Malaya is a jerk to everyone, but hahah, she got fat, ain't it funny.
