The only priority she has right now is that she is the character we're focusing on right now. Leslie is annoyingly passive, but in this case that's the right move -- growing up sucks, seeing your ex move on sucks, but jumping on Robin right now is entirely the wrong move (and there's no way to confront her right now that wouldn't be "jumping on her"). In a little while, when they're not at someone's wedding, she could say something, but stepping away from the situation and finding someone else is entirely the right move.
