Yay. So I am starting to think that Willis went straight into my head when it came to Lucy's speech about her views. I was a big cartoon Starfire fan myself so I completely understand how she feels. With that it is understandable to that Lucy has now become the new Amber of the series. May she become more awesome than she already is. Keep using your tricky mind tricks Willis they're making this comic even more awesome.

I'd argue that funny happens to Malaya more than her being funny herself. (The fight with Ultra Car is the shining exception.)

So if she does become a superhero, will she become the new Amazigirl? Or will she take a new persona?
Spectacu-lady? Incredib-lass? Wait, I'd be worried that people would make ass jokes about a female superhero with that name.
Phenome-gal?

We should write a petition. I'm serious. Like, "Dear DC Comics,
We love you. We love superheroes.

But we would like to see D.C. Comics celebrate the diversity in women--diversity not just of skin color or nationality, but of ideals in the way women choose to express themselves. We understand that some women superheroes may choose to flaunt their sexuality via uniform, and that sexuality is a part of female power, but it is stereotypical and frankly lazy to imply via your art that to be a hero a woman MUST embrace sexual manipulation over armored practicality. There are as many different kinds of women as their are men, and sexual power is not the only power women possess. To limit your women superheroes to the outfits you have chosen also limits your cultural diversity: a strict Pakistani Muslim woman could never stand in front of an army with a chest-window. Is it impossible for her to be a hero, too? Not every woman is the same, and a woman does not have to bare herself to be a hero.

Besides--what the hell happened to armor, and technological advances, and not standing naked in front of lasers and arrows and shit?

Sincerely,
We The People"

amirite or no...
