I should also note…I got the vibe that Roz has some very serious issues of her own. Mind-fuckery aside, she was genuinely broken at the idea that someone who WAS NOT A VIRGIN and who ENJOYED SEX would not want to have sex with her.

It does not excuse her behavior in the least; it was an abhorrent thing to do. But if Willis does want to rehabilitate her, it does give him some serious mental issues to use while doing it.

I feel bad for her. I’d still have punched her if I walked into the room to here her abusively berating a casual acquaintance for saying “no”

If it had been a guy in that same situation – a girl saying she really didn’t want to, even though yes, she was really attracted to him. It wasn’t a good idea. Please, don’t do this.

And the guy yells at her and berates her until she gives in, upset and self hating…

You think that’s a good thing?

As someone who knows real sex addicts, a recovering sex addict having sexual intercourse with someone when not in a relationship isn’t an issue. It’s needing to have sex all of the time non-stop with different people that they are fixing.

He’s probably been doing nothing at all so this could help relieve some tension.
