I'm tempted to try something similar. For the minicon gem piece, I noticed there were a pair of thin bumps molded inside the gem slot, probably intended to provide friction to hold it in place. But instead, they just made it pop out. So I shaved the bumps off of the orange leg piece, and then the gem stayed in just fine. I put some superglue on the bottom of the peg from inside the leg to hold it in place just in case, though. If I could as a question though! I am intending to give the minicon to Kup because, well, Kup needs a little orange buddy! To make the minicon look more like Wheelie, but still look OK in weapon mode, what kind of paint apps would you recommend, and on what parts of the figure? I love the custom paint you’ve done!
