I figure that the Fallen loses his ‘multiversal’ advantage, as Mike seems to be a constant in multiple universes. Therefore, there are an infinite number of Mikes, all doing the Fallen’s mom. Infinite nickels happens to be exactly enough for a multiversal college fund.
