Well, this is a late reply. But I’m rereading and I can’t quite believe how outraged you are by my wee comment. It’s kind of hilarious? But then again I probably should have indicated my amusement somehow; “Drives me crazy, hahahaha! I’m such a dork!” Stupid text, not indicating self deprecation, sigh.

To be fair, robin did seem to be wanting to leave Leslie alone, but then Balrog’s roomie started to make moves on Leslie which made her jelous emotional side take over what little logic she had. I mean yes she should not have done that, but she was at least trying not to do this at first.

Or Mike could go the subtle route. He tells Robin he overheard the conversation, and points out how devastated Leslie would be if she were to find out. And then implies that SOMEONE might have been recording things.

Then just stand back and let Robin’s freakout do the damage.

So if two people get drunk and sleep together, it’s rape?

I get the argument of if someone’s taking advantage of another person, but I don’t see how that applies here since both parties were under the influence.

And the whole thing sort of falls apart if you’re getting drunk at a bar. Unless you could prove that one party wasn’t drunk, no one was taking advantage or they could just as easily say that you raped them.

But that’s neither here nor there. The question was how being under the influence is a valid excuse for destructive behavior?
