Producers and studio execs wanting to make sure the movies do well. Hasbro execs wanting to make sure the movies promote the toys well. Having seen <i>other</i> Bay movies, I have a hard time believing some of the bigger faults of his Transformers movies <i>aren't</i> his fault, I'll grant you, but even so saying he has complete creative control isn't accurate.
