Mine were wrapped up tightly in the spongey inserts. I could imagine that could get overlooked. (Though if you can only find one, then one's definitely missing.) Was surprised it was by FedEx as I was expecting a Football jersey to be delivered to my door by FedEx. Opened it up to find a plain white box and the Patch Together sticker and Robin box sticker not applied to the box. Now I got a box to use for gifting and some stickers... gluing the head was the longest, it took time. Fell off on my first attempt and I did see some of the paint inside start running.
