I just picked Junkheap up from Comicon last weekend, and I'm quite happy with him. Also, it was the first transformer I bought in 5 years, so I think I would've been quite happy regardless

Frozen Tundra? A fellow WI transfan I take it? Granted I recently defected, but yeah I have never seen RTS Wreck-Gar in stores either, I ended up shelling out for the United version instead, but I think I'm pretty happy with that decision despite QC leaving off his kickstand. Where did you finally find Pan Handler? I scoped out a Big Lots a couple of times but I decided the novelty of him really didn't justify the pursuit.

I'm beginning to think Willis is having a go at me. I've been keeping an eye out for Wreck-Gar at every store I got to ever since Willis posted about him. And have not seen him yet, figured I was too late to find him. I thought for sure I was jumping on the Junkheap early, and haven't seen hide nor hair of him anywhere.

Of course, I just now found Pan Handler in the stores, so maybe it just takes an extra year for new toys to make it to the Frozen Tundra....

But, just in case.... CURSE YOU WILLLLIIIIIIISSSSS!!!!!!

Junkheap is actually re-using the visor piece from Scraphead for some unknown reason. It could be that HasTak decided not to bother with a third unique eye-mold on the sprue, but given that it made it to instruction drawing stage I actually think this may be the result of a production error. Obviosly the Scrapheap eye-piece fits well enough, but it doesn't really seem tailored to fit the Junkheap nose sculpt, it kind of leaves a gap there. I hear you on the color scheme though, there's just something about this guy that I'm not really digging; I wish they had adhered more closely to the Junkyard character model, but perhaps they wanted to avoid getting too close to Rubbisheap's colors.

Ross, too. I find as many Wreck-Gars at Ross stores as I do at Marshall's.

I always check Target's toy section first when I walk in. I didn't see any of the newer guys, just 10,000 WheelJacks and a Skullgrin (but I gots me a Skullgrin, YAY!) Anywho, good to know they're at least starting to stock up. I'm not thrilled with the Junkions and how much time Hasbro has devoted to them, but Junkheap/yard looks pretty good. His Fumanchu is pretty small as well, which is nice (*ahem WreckGar, Scourge.....)
