It may have something to do with “muscle memory”. Kind of like bowling right handed your whole life, then trying it left handed and feeling like a total clutz (sp)! Just sayin’?

It depends on how your brain is wired in preferring one side.
One manga artist said they would always photoshop their pages and flip them to let the other half of the brain figure out if something was missing before finalizing anything.
