While I can’t say that I know any hispanic women with super speed, I can say I know people whose minds work very similarly to Robins. I respectfully disagree, sir.
This feels…odd. She couldn’t come out and say it, but she told the BIGGEST BIG-MOUTH IN THE STORE? Oh Amber. You do so many things that make me shake my head. Also: DAMN YOU WILLIS, I wanted to see Faz actually find out. And react. … But would I be happy or sad if he still wanted to touch all her ladyparts? Hmmm…
Hey David, just for curiosity… How da hell does Amber know that Faz is her brother? I’ve read the previous comics and there is no implying that Faz is actually Amber’s brother
I could almost imagine that last panel being replaced with a big North Shore ocean wave, with the word “SHORTPACKED” superimposed upon it, in a takeoff of the original Hawaii Five-O wave at each commercial. A good piece of music, taken from McGarrett himself, can be found at http://mjq.net/fiveo/music/wavemusic1.mp3 .
Yea, I’m glad I’m not the only one that noticed that.
Amber is basing it on pretty slim evidence. I could pick 5 folks from Poland that look like twins to some other folks in England: Nearest relative 500 years back.
If Willis would get back to the big screen Faz would turn out to be a robot with laser eyes sent to kill the Blaster Hamsters (TM) that got reprogrammed by the flying car in the secret lair under the toy store.
We need Robin to be stuck in that pose in the background of about a week’s worth of strips, with people walking around her, hanging stuff on her, spider webs appearing on her, that sort of thing…
I wanna give a shoutout to panel number 3… having worked retail for near five years, Robin’s “Here at Shortpacked! we’re all family” rings so true in so many, mostly, sarcastic ways.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo….. I finally finished catching up, now I have to wait like everyone else for these comics. great strip by the way, but now i do have 13 years of your other comics to catch up on
How do they know? C’mon, unless I’ve missed something, all they know is that Ambers father did korean women, Faz don’t know his father, and that they have similar hair. That’s it. There live A LOT of people in San Fransisco..
Robin’s mind has been broken. In Technicolour!
I ust disagree that implies she had a mind to begin with.
Oh, she has one alright. It’s just not like any others’. Any adult others’ anyway.
While I can’t say that I know any hispanic women with super speed, I can say I know people whose minds work very similarly to Robins. I respectfully disagree, sir.
Poor Robin is realizing she smooched a blood relative of the Faz…. She’ll never be right again.
Wow, Generation 2 Robin and Universe Robin on the same page!
Game’s over, everybody– this guy wins.
Fuck, I lost the game.
Yes. Mind-breaking win.
Okay, flawless victory to you…
No fair. It’s too early on the page to win.
Panels 4 and 5 colored by Andy Warhol.
Preformed by Macaulay Culkin.
after Edvard Munch.
I was thinking the same thing as reading today’s comic. Very Warholian of you Willis!
Dammit, I hate being late… That was my first thought…
Andy Warhol indeed.
Robins face here needs to be a tshirt.
I’m not so sure. Remember the Butt-taco incident?
You got a problem with Butt Taco?
Unlike a real family, there’s nothing to stop any one of them from looking at any of the others as a sexual prospect…
Until now.
I gotta admit, that was pretty funny. It got a laugh out of me.
So, Amber finally found a way to get Robin to be quiet. Hooray for her.
Look real close at panel five. Robin’s tongue is dissolving in pure horror.
So Robin still uses her powers from time to time. I was wondering about that.
Don’t you know? All she has to do is start a new Proposition 469…2? to ban Faz from being Amber’s brother. =D
[yep]
LULZ

That may very well be her way of saying it.
If anyone produces an animated .gif of panels 4 and 5 they will gain my everlasting love. Bonus points if it’s in livejournal icon format.
A little tricky, the panels didn’t want to line up until I resized one. But here you go:
Large size / Icon size
*turns on rave music*
Awwww you beat me to it!!
Well, now there’s a choice of two.
Like this? : http://pics.livejournal.com/anguauberwald/pic/0000z58r
Wow, Robin sure can move really really fast.
:O
your reaction is priceless
Hey David, just for curiosity… How da hell does Amber know that Faz is her brother? I’ve read the previous comics and there is no implying that Faz is actually Amber’s brother
Robin’s gone plaid!
One would expect that speed considering the continuity =P
I really like the sense of movement Robin has in the 3rd panel…
*looks up*
dammit, Tim Smith!
and I meant 2nd panel ^_^;;; (it’s where the 3rd panel usually is, so sue me)
Cool. They broke her.

wat a twist..
So thats what a Drama OD looks like… good to know for future reference
Helldamnit, why does this make me laugh so much?
There needs to be a poster print of Robin’s faces in technicolor.
At the least, panels 4 and 5 extrapolated out to the traditional Warholian three-by-three.
And after everyone hears that Faz is Amber’s brother, we’ll find out that he actualy isn’t.
Yea, I’m glad I’m not the only one that noticed that.

Is Robin being brainwashed by the Hypnotoad in those panels?
All glory to the Hypnotoad.
OH GOD!
…SOLYLENT GREEN REALLY *IS* PEOPLE!
We need Robin to be stuck in that pose in the background of about a week’s worth of strips, with people walking around her, hanging stuff on her, spider webs appearing on her, that sort of thing…
This strips takes me back to “I’ll be over here when you resume breathing…” XD

Question then.. it seems that Faz is the borther of Amber is old news.
But I can’t quite remember that so where do we learn that first?
Wait, WHEN did we learn that Faz is Amber’s brother?? I know I’ve read them all. I mean, what’s the deal?
For those who can’t take the hint:
http://www.shortpacked.com/2010/comic/book-12/01-dominus-jacobus/korean-2/
http://www.shortpacked.com/2010/comic/book-12/01-dominus-jacobus/gears/
Before this is all over, there will be dna testing. We will never actually learn the results.
When does the monolith show up?
Monolith needs monkeys.
No minkeys = No monolith
No monolith = No rotating space station
No Peter Sellers either.
Where’s Monkey Master when you need him?
LOST: The Game
Robin … IT’S A COOKBOOK!
Mike starring at Robin can’t be a good sign. He knows what happened…
Now all we need is roadblock poster to say something
That is similar to a position she did in the final It’s Walky! storyline.
Robin BSOD’d.
