I first had to deal with their bull on the Capcom online store. It's some of the WORST customer service I've ever had to deal with and weird-several-months-late charges from games I pre-ordered several months before hand...I have no idea why I ever agreed to joining Club Eternia. It's the dumbest decision I've ever made. Nevermind Matty and their crap, Digital River is always something I’m fond of ripping into. I first had to deal with their bull on the Capcom online store. In every board across the internet that deals with DC Universe Classics and He Man classics you will find the exact same issues happen month after month and Mattel and Digital River simply don't care enough to fix the problem. At least Bandai US, who is apaththic towards their customers, doesn't outright hate us like Matty.com does. I've never seen a product so hard to buy in my life. We want to give them our money, and they make it as hard as possible for us to give it to them. Jerks. Yep.

Every 15th of the month, this is what it feels like to try and buy something off Matty.com’s website.
