Ethan needs to invest in Device Label Broadblast. It’s not perfect, but at least it seems to be a lot closer.
And to be fare that Blaster toy’s always been way off. Closer in hight to Metroplex and Omega Supreme toy-wise than to Grimlock.
The Device Label is still too big. You’d need the Action Master. (Which I have.)

Straxus…er, Darkmount, should at least come with a minicon/legends-size Scrounge to make up for his lack of size, then
You know, it wouldn’t take much modification to a Classics Legend Cosmos to make a nifty little Scrounge. If you can find one, that is.
It’s just not Scrounge to me without the wedge head. Peg head just doesn’t quite cut it.
Blaster’s one of the patron saints of the scale issue, really…
On the other hand, speaking of scale…it might just be the whole comparing them to adults thing (as I have not seen Blaster since I was a kid), but both the toys look kind of tiny there…
Straxus, for instance, looks to be about the same size relative to Amber’s hand that Activators Bulkhead is relative to mine (best size comparison I have handy). Meaning…he’d probably be noticeably smaller than Li’l Bulky, since Amber is a wee lass, and I am not.
That’s another “scale” issue. The heads and hands of my characters are much larger than real people’s relative to their bodies. Blaster’s small compared to Ethan’s hands, but he’s about the right size relative to his body. For example, he’s still as tall as his upper arm!

Funny, I chose hands for comparison, as the heads were pretty obviously outsized (particularly Amber), and the bodies would have been awkward to compare, but the hands didn’t (actually, still don’t) look terribly out of proportion to me…
Reminds me of the “Aww whos the cutest little Trypticon” Joke regarding the awesome Trypticon Legend redeco on cybertron legends scourge.
I hate to say it, but for ONCE Universe Jet Blaster is decently useful for something.
Not sure why! Universe Blaster still towers over Straxus.
