Wait... when Dinobot was cremated, was that non-transmetal Rattrap I see at the controls, beside Rhinox?

If you watch the video, you will notice a scene in which the camera circles Dinobot and his internal computer warns him that if he doesn't go into stasis lock, his spark will inevitably be extinguished, because it will be too damaged to persist. He ignored this biological imperative and pushed on anyhow. He punished his body beyond the point of return.

So, basically, it would have been explained quite clearly to you if you'd paid even the smallest amount of attention!

If he was still conscious and able to give a speech, how was he too far gone for stasis lock? I'm sorry, but Beast Wars was totally retarded.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's one of the things Fox Kids excised when they began airing reruns. You could get away with a lot more in syndication!

Hey, I remember that episode. Very fondly actually. I remember thinking, even as a kid, how surprised I was that they allowed Dinobot to tear up Inferno like that. And I thought it was AWESOME. Dinobot was the best from that show, hands down.

Wow I never realized how horrifically animated that show was. How could something so technically incompetent be so entertaining??? My mind, it boggles!

Seriously though, when he says "let the battle be joined," his heroic 'I have to pee' pose cracked me up.
