Among the dozens of other characters they just went "ah fuck it, they dead now", this statement is why I hated the G2 comic (that, and 75% of the art was godawful in that run, only the Geoff Senior stuff wasn't a total eyesore). As for Skullgrin, I always loved him, just because of that issue (the original Marvel comic still being my favorite TF continuity). This new toy of him looks nifty, I may pick him up.
