IIRC, bigbadtoystore had these on clearance (under 100 USD) a few years ago, they *had* sold for a high initial price (300+ USD) but not many people bought them. I’m assuming David didn’t shell out absurd amounts of money for this piece, but I could very, very, very well be wrong.

It looks a little less blockformery if you spread the legs at a 45 degree angle. It makes it look like he’s got (albeit weird) hip articulation. And badass!

Super Ginrai (Powermaster Prime) is essentially a brick partsformer…especially if you add God Bomber (Apex Bomber) to the mix…looks cool if all you want to do is sit it on a shelf in God mode though.
