A while back I sent the Esteemed Linkara of Atop the Fourth Wall my copies of the first volume of Dreamwave’s Transformers comic. I think the video speaks for itself, other than to say that it’s too bad that “The Touch” isn’t interrupted to note that Optimus Prime’s truck mode has an uneven number of wheels.

I stopped reading the DreamWave comic after issue #4, but I always did kind of wonder what all the Transformers were looking up at. I mean, near as I could tell Devestator’s looking up too, so I figured it had to be something pretty high up in the sky or pretty big, preferably both. I figured it was revealed in the next comic, which I never bothered to read. But now you’re telling me it’s nothing? Seriously? Several panels worth of buildup for a big fat nothing?
Glad I quit when I did. Fun review though.
