“Greatest” in sheer numbers or “greatest” in sheer awesomeness?

This reminds me–what the heck does “shortpacked” mean? Ethan using it here clearly indicates a use pre-comic, and yet I’ve Googled it five times and still can’t find a definition! It just gives me stuff related to the comic!

Never mind, found it with a slight modification of search terms. “Shortpacking” is defined on the Transformers wiki.

Batman has the best rouges gallery, then The Flash, then the Fantastic Four, then the X-Men, THEN Spidey.

Yes, I have thought about this.

Invincible. Doc Seismic, Angstrom Levy, Anissa, the Mauler Twins, Machine Head, Multi-Paul, The Reanimen and Conquest… Oh, and your DAD beat the snot out of you early on in the series. Good luck kiddo!

      Seconded.

Hell, Invincible is one of the few superheroes whose rogues gallery isn’t full of completely ridiculous villains. Not counting the ones who are ridiculous parodies of other people’s stupid villains, of course.

Spidey is still pretty awesome, though.

Batman has the most complex rogues gallery and the most diverse. Spidey’s is mostly lame… Flash has a sold rogue’s gallery so does Superman… Too bad DC never bothered to make one for Wonder Woman… 3 villains? Seriously.. So disappointing

Sailor Moon’s wins due to sheer randomness.

Gotta go with batman, followed by ultimate spidey. Somehow his gallery got better development and more coolness in 10 years than regular spidey ever did in 50 years. Then come the x-men, fantastic four, flash, supes and captain america.
