Hmm… wasn’t there an epilogue saying something like:
“Wow, you will really get us jobs?”
“No. Go screw yourself.”
before the site change a few days ago?
I can still see it.
“no. Go fuck yourself.”
This is still Got to be one of my favriot strips ever… Lol Leslie singing FireFly Intro.
I sat there waiting for the picture to continue loading (I have a slow connection) so when I scrolled down and saw the epilogue it was twice as funny.
haha that is the most awesome response ever! So stealing that.
Dangit… got the theme music stuck in my head now… Awesomeness… Too… Much… To… Deny!
Oh my god that last panel is the best. I love Leslie’s happy face
I loved that show. Joss Whedon is a genius.
Best. Strip. Evar.
I triple love this strip!!!
The firefly theme song is the beginning of every playlist on my ipod.
The last panel mad me giggle..at 1 in the morning. XD
^THIS^ SO MUCH THIS!
Can’t stop the signal. =]
Her smile in the last panel now haunts my brain whenever I give someone the same directive.
Oh lesbian, how much I love you.
I adore Leslie more and more with every appearance.
I feel like I’m just saying what everyone else said here but.
Leslie singing the Firefly intro was hilarious, and how she’s not really walking in the very last panel but more just sliding away.
ugh she’s so happy it’s everything she ever wanted, she’s setting herself up for such a fall here argh stupid emotions
“Why be happy now, if she’s just going to be sad later? And the answer is, of course, because she’s going to be sad later.”
But yeah, the possibility (or certain knowledge) of a relationship going bad later is no reason not to be happy when it’s really, truly good.
That final panel is simply magnificent.
