I assumed that the Pixie Sticks were either a plan she discarded after thinking of the Snickers bar thing, or just a random item she bought for Robin.

I mean, the lady regularly cuts the crusts off the sandwiches she makes for Robin and then deep-fries them – she’s a happy enabler of Robin’s sugar addiction. It seems likely that Leslie would just pick up a case of whatever candy was on sale every week.
