     he’s just a jerk. making other people see racism (that probably wasn’t there to begin with) is just a fun way to make trouble to him. He’s already said he knows everything, so I think he makes a point of picking out people who would be offended by the suggestion that they’re being racist to do this to. He probably picked Korean and Irish because he knew who was in the store and that he could rile them all up

     I think it’s a references to how many shows ARE animated by Korean studios. Many production companies outsource animation to Korea because it is inexpensive.
