At the time of this comment, Saban put out the Turtles show that they produced. I guess SOMEHOW, they managed to hold onto the rights for that show, and Nickelodeon didn't. It was not based on another system, rather used the palladium system that he and Kevin Siembieda worked on together and is fully compatible with other books using the same system(heroes unlimited, ninjas and superspies, etc) Unfortunately Erick passed away, and the world is lesser for it.
