      Well, we did see him suggest that they both take off their clothes when they were stuck in the Amazon… so, honestly, he probably finds Mike a bit attractive to begin with.

      Actually, between this and the Thad crush, I’m guessing he’s a bit drawn to those who are psychologically willing to push back as it were… given his abrasive attitude towards a lot of other people, that’s kind of funny and yet oddly fitting. Like somebody has to “prove” themselves a Worthy Opponent before he finds them attractive…

      Or, you know, Mike just has a nice ass or something.

        In one of Faz’s earliest comics, Faz asks Ethan who he thinks the hottest girl in the store is. He has no response. Faz asks him who the hottest dude in the store is and he immediately replies “Mike”.

        This is before we even knew Ethan was gay, mind you.
