Man, I love that “deszarus.” Don’t know for sure why you picked it – I see the tag “deathsaurus” – but I hope it’s a perversion of “degozaru,” that archaic form so overused by a certain group of which Ninja Rick is a member.
Had to have been shortly before Robin, unless there are two Mikes. So if Robin doesn’t have seniority, neither does Mike, because Amber, Rick and the mom at the cash register were already there.
But Mike can’t have been hired less than nine months after the end of SEMME, which means that Robin has been doing something else for those 9 months. She could have been doing said “something else” for years for all we know – i.e. Mike could have been hired significantly before her.
Except it was specifically stated that there wasn’t enough left of Mike to regenerate in the chamber. However Mike got here was through means we do not know, and thus there’s no telling how long after Semme it was.
Mike died in March 2004. (Yes, the actual comic happened in October, but after the battle we see Walky in the regen chamber. Joe says it’s been an hour and the caption box reads “March 2004″.)
Mike was first seen in Shorpacked! in February 2005. Now, I know what you’re thinking–the timescale is one of the major arguments for Mike not having used the chamber, and Mike had about a year. But there’s only one chamber, and Walky was using it until November. That puts Mike at four months to come back.
But let’s say Mike’s method was faster. It puts his date of employment at March 2004 at the earliest.
The “Flashbacked!” arc pegs both Ethan and Amber’s employment at five years before August 2007, or sometime in 2003. So they each have a year on Mike.
Now, the arc doesn’t show anyone else working at the store in 2003 besides Galasso and some random dude. But it’s not unreasonable to think that maybe Rick was already there.
So, seniority goes: Galasso, Rick, Ethan, Amber, Mike, Robin, Reagan, Leslie, Jacob, Ken, Malaya, Jeshua. With the mom at register in there somewhere, if she still exists.
Actually if memory serves me correctly, Dezarus was the name of a Decepticon Emperor of Destruction from the Victory portion of the G1 continuity in Japan but nobody in English-speaking countries knew what the hell it meant/couldn’t pronounce it/spell it and so they went with Deathsaurus among others. The phonetic translation from Japanese is “De-su-za-ra-su”

What about Mike when was he hired?

but she’s not wearing a nametag
I know! What the hell?!
Good thing she left off the “dattebayo!”. Rick’s head would have exploded…
Clearly Amber doesn’t remember the 80s.
Give Another chance for Ronnie!
deszarus… wasn’t that some bastardization of dina’s last name? or did willis just screw “desu” and “degozaru” into some kinda robin only spew?
