   You’ve just got to wonder who planted that sign. Perhaps someone has dedicated their life to informing English-speaking tourists of what country they’re in, and how they should feel about being there.

   Or the Border Patrol guys have a good sense of humor…

   I happen to live a 30 min walk from Mexico and know alot of Border Patrol guys so I think thats likely…

     Ditto that! I lived near El Paso (just across from Juarez) for a few years, and the sign’s slogan was pretty much the general consensus any time we got too close to the border.
