Just because Reagan is going against his pre-resurrection principles doesn't mean it appears to observers that they were wrong about whatever principle leads them to oppose Robin's bill. And knowing Robin, I'd bet the bill doesn't have an enforcement clause. It also probably has sugary milk from her breakfast spilled on it.
