   Well, Sensei could be used as a noun…

   …of course, in actual Japanese culture, anyone respected enough to be referred to as Sensei is too respected to be followed by -chan.

       Also would you REALLY translate “sensei-chan,” as “my honorable sissy teacher?” ‘Cause really, if so, then your own Japanese (or possibly English) is also pretty terrible.
