     Mike hates everyone and tends to focus on the person he is talking to, as Faz is obviously of some non-white ethnic origin this is a trait that in some way stands out, I am sure Mike at current also hates people with clipboards. And the lego aisle thing is (I think) Faz saying that the seasonal employees are rebuilding that aisle and as Faz is assigning the traits people hate the most to the seasonal employees he is saying they are Korean.

   I actually know a very large number of Koreans, and some of them choose very odd “Western” first names for themselves or their children. I’ve known a Sanders, a Modus, a female Roy, and a Sem – all very not Korean names. I would not be at all surprised to meet a Korean whose “Western” name is Faz.

   so, by rebuilding the lego Aisle, I imagined them creating a whole Aisle, brick by painstaking brick. Then some 5 year old knocks it over, and then Mike kills faz.
