I find him absolutely hilarious as a character, and I would love to write for characters like him any time. But as a person? I would like to tear out his spine and stab him through the heart, neck, face, lungs, and groin with it (not in any particular order).

Can't speak for anyone else, but I've worked with with like three of him over the years. And many a day was spent envisioning their slow, gruesome murders.

Come to think of it, that sort of thing is why I can't watch The Office either -- it causes flashbacking, and not the fun kind.

he is a "love to hate" character for me. Like Dwight on the office, except Dwight actually has had some show of redeeming qualities before. But I find most of what Faz does hilarious in its futility. As far as hating him goes I hate him because he is meant to be a loathsome character, though sometimes I can feel sorry for him (almost never)
