You underestimate hardcore Harry Potter fans. If the ending of the last book that had been so long in the coming had been spoiled for me, and for even as few as 4 people like me, invincibility would mean nothing.
Superman would hear shouts of “Accio Kryptonite” and next thing he knew, he’d be stabbed by dozens of little wands.
There’s something to be said about strength in numbers and if the Potter fans are anything like the S*P catgirls it’s only Mike’s super human strength that would account for his survival. It’s also possible a former SEMME member or someone else with super human strength was waiting in line.
Besides. In it’s Walky I believe he kicked a little girl who was walking with a crowd who wanted peace, and got beat up. So he might be invincible, but he still gets beat up if he goes to bar.
I have a friend who did something like this. Kind of. We went to the release of The Deathly Hallows and he grabbed a copy, flipped it open to the last page, and shouted “Dumbledore dies!”
The fact that he would dare to spoil the ending got people so pissed off that it took them a minute or two to realize that he’d just spoiled the ending of the previous book…
The bookstore I was at that night didn’t hand over the books until exactly midnight and forbade us from turning to the last pages until we had scattered. Helps that I was at a little independent bookstore in a college town and younger kids were there.
That can’t be Mike! Mike is invincible. It must be his evil(?) twin. Or maybe just a wimpy one…
Mike is not invincible just immortal hes proven that from it’s Walky during the Martian invasion arc.

His sled killed Dumbledore which is made out of people who were dead the WHOLE TIME.
Is this in relationship to this Punch an’ Pie strip http://www.punchanpie.net/daily/20070727.html ? because if it is that’s amazing!
And let us not forget what Walky did to him. . .
