Even the pill isn’t 100% effective. If she’d been with that many people every day, then it’s kind of surprising that she never got pregnant.
I wonder who put up with Galasso long enough to give him a daughter. Is the mom still around but locked up at home somewhere? Is she dead? Did she leave him, and if so, how did he get custody of the daughter? I’d love to know more of his back story.
I’m under the impression that the small number of pregnancies that occur on the pill do so because of an unusual hormonal fluctuation in the conceiving mother. More intercourse wouldn’t raise the chance of getting pregnant on the pill; you’re either temporarily sterile while you’re on the regimen, or you aren’t.
Correct, Kerin. More intercourse does not increase the chances of the pill being ineffective. The “success rate” of the pill is calculated over time of usage, not number of sexual encounters. But no one but Ethan knows that Connie’s on the pill, so Robin’s comment is justified. Now, so as to make this post as pedantic as possible, one final remark:
…Man, I just realized, putting together her section on TV Troper’s Characters/Shortpacked page, just how short her time in the comic was. Almost exactly a year.
Didn’t she say she was on the pill the first time we saw her? ‘Ready’, I mean.

Seconded!
99.7% with perfect use is pretty damn good, though. And of the .3%, how many who did get pregnant lied about missing a pill?

Q.E.D.
THIS NEEDS AN ANWSER!
You will get one in the future!
Also, I assume Conquest sprang fully formed from Galasso’s forehead . . . like Athena form Zeus.
Maybe his severed genitals like how Aphrodite was born
Maybe he found her on his doorstep?
And here is Connie’s CMOA
