I’ve had a St**les print shop worker basically badmouth their plaque-mounting sub-contractor as I was there to get a poster plaque-mounted, so yes; I can believe the employees are this stupid.
Hahah Those sily Copy and Print Centre Associates! They’re supposed to have the printer opened up before they start staring at it *that way customer will think they know what they’re doing too* (We actually only do that when the customer is being a dick sandwich)

One time I tried to get Staples to print a double sided word document for me. They were incapable of doing this.
ONly Roadblock can make a printer work by staring.
