Diabetes is high blood sugar and the body does not produce enough insulin. Hypoglycemia is were you produce to much insulin, those people tend to take advantage and eat too much sugar and stunt their insulin production till they get diabetes. Hypo can be a lot more deadly because there is no shot, and sugar pills spike you, only solution when you have a seizure, hope some one pours Orange juice down your throat. I have hypo.
