Just to be a pain in the ass I'll give my own opinion here. I actually dont like Batman at all when you talk about the comics, and I really only kind of liked the cartoons like Batman Beyond and the older cartoon before that, even though that was before my time and I only watched a few of those old, early 90's batman cartoons. SO I wasn't a big fan of Batman, but when I saw Batman Begins and the Dark Knight I loved those movies, especially the Dark Knight. It makes it more serious and believable, not cartoonish and cheesy, and of course The Joker from the Dark KNight was just amazing, best villain ever. Hes not so cheezy and unthreatening like the cartoon joker, I mean.... when u see the cartoon joker it doesnt really scare you, but when you see the Heath LEdger Joker, its very disturbing and shocking. But I agree Christian Bale's "batman voice" was awful. hmmmm. Just to be a pain in the ass I’ll give my own opinion here. Superman is a super-powerful alien who frequently causes huge amounts of property damage. He does good without much motivation and therefore without much of a reason to continue doing good instead of, say, destroying the human race. In any other story it would be Lex Luthor who would be the good guy. Lex is much like batman, someone with no powers whatsoever using just his brains to fight people who would otherwise be able to kill him by blinking. In fact I think Lex is almost as admirable as Batman. While Batman has fought Superman a couple of times Lex fights him on a regular basis and he's still alive.
